James May is a Ronald Reagan/Pat Toomey conservative Republican, committed to lower taxes, smaller government and traditional American values.   If elected, he promises to support 3 specific pieces of legislation currently under consideration in the State House:  The School Property-Tax Elimination Act , which would completely eliminate Pennsylvania's school property tax; The Strike-Free Education Act, which would make teacher strikes illegal in Pennsylvania; and the Open Records Law which will "open the door and shine a light on the backroom deal-making that takes place in Harrisburg".
